Use the manual's rack and clearance guidance. Do not line the oven floor with foil, block vents or hide a large change with calibration adjustments.
We check heating, temperature control, the door and the fan where fitted if the pattern persists. A calibration change will not repair a failed element or fan.
Describe the shelf position, selected mode and whether the same side of a tray repeatedly cooks faster. Mention a change in cookware or a door that closes poorly. These details give more context than a general report of hot spots without requiring another test bake.
